CONSTRUCTION MODEL

• The physical model presented was made for a construction class final, and displays the of a portion of a home, consisting of the residence’s laundry room and an adjacent space. The model was constructed with the intent to portray basic knowledge of technical systems and framing and was planned out in AutoCad.

  The model features:

• A solar water heating system

• Framing of a hip roof

• HVAC

• Radiant floor heating

• An electrical system

• Insulation

• Roofing

• A brick veneer
